When will my order be processed?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm will be shipped out the same business day. All other orders will ship the following business day.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Do I have to to pay with a credit/debit card? Can I pay with a personal check or a money order?
Sorry, we do not take personal checks. We do accept money orders. Allow extra days for mailed orders due to the postal process. Please include a copy of the printable receipt with your payment. Make money orders payable to OIL BASED FASHION. DO NOT SEND CASH.

What are your shipping rates?
All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you reach the shipping section of your checkout process.
I change my mind. Can I get a refund or exchange?
Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds/credit or exchange. All sales are final. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase you have selected the correct size and color of your item.
